Man has trial date set

LEE Kennedy, 37, of Provost Road, is to stand trial in June.

Kennedy denies that he was found within the curtilage of an address in Clepington Road on April 2, whereby it could reasonably be inferred that he intended to commit theft there.

Trial date was fixed for June 25, with an intermediate diet to be held on April 31.

Kennedy was granted bail by Sheriff George Way.
