Problems with using website
I FOUND it interesting that one of your correspondents had difficulty reporting a pothole using the form on the council’s website, as detailed in the Tele.
I was just blaming it on my computer skills. I also tried the general website and picked up potholes there as well but when it came to “Details” I didn’t get any and found that when I tried to submit my information this was denied because the “Details” hadn’t been completed.
In the end, I phoned the good old general number 434000 and they solved the problem by putting me on to someone who took my information.
