No dread for Gordon

CRAIG Gordon no longer carries the dread of injury after returning from another knee problem to make his 200th Celtic appearance in the goalless draw against Dundee on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old keeper missed two years of his career with a tendon injury to his left knee before he signed for Celtic in 2014.

Since then his form has saw him recapture his Scotland position but again had to fight his way back to fitness after a medial ligament injury to his right knee.

Gordon said: “It was great to be back, nine-and-a-half weeks after the injury.”
