Response is just a cop out

-

SNP leader John Alexander speaks of a Dundee with which I am not familiar.

He waxes lyrical about Dundee as if it’s his own fiefdom.

At the last general election, Theresa May harked on about there being no “magic money tree”.

Not to be outdone, Mr Alexander has invented his own catchphrase – that there is “no magic bullet” to Dundee’s ongoing drug problems.

We’ve got the highest number of drug-related deaths in Britain.

Poverty is endemic in many areas of our city.

His catchphrase is purely and simply a cop out of responsibility.
