Mike’s had a major impact

GIVEN he has masterminded the Waterfront redevelopment, views might be mixed on city development director Mike Galloway’s time in office at the city council.

But at least he has been bold enough to put forward his vision and see it through before deciding to step down.

No one could argue he hasn’t had an impact and he has always stuck to his principles.
