Hat-trick Hurrell helps Dryburgh to a fine win

DRYBURGH U/13s won 7-1 away to Letham.

Olivia Hurrell netted a hat-trick with Kiara Moran, Mollie Howett and Sophie McFadyen also scoring. The other strike was an own goal.

Coach Ryan Hurrell said: “We played brilliantl­y and our passing was something else.

“Four of the goals were played out from the back and, for one of our goals, every player touched the ball before we scored.”

Dryburgh U/17 drew 3-3 against Raith Rovers with Neve Guthrie (2) and Ellie Cook their scorers. Brodie Clark won the Player of the Match award.

Dryburgh Ladies triumphed in the first Dundee derby against Dundee City at Charlotte Street.

Dryburgh edged an exciting game 5-3, thanks to a Steffi Simson hat-trick and a Hope Ramage double.

Hope also won the Player of the Match award.

Dryburgh U/11 played four matches in the SFA festival at Lochee Park with the girls all doing very well in the sunshine.

Dryburgh thank everyone who came along to support their sides.
