Man denies assault

CRAIG Mulholland, 39, of Duncarse Road, denies an assault charge.

Mulholland is accused of, on April 14, at Rockwell Place, assaulting Victoria Brown, seizing her on the body, pushing her on the body causing her to fall to the ground and repeatedly punching her on the head and body.

His trial will take place on August 10.

An intermediate diet is set to take place on June 28.
