Citizen of the year
MONTROSE Citizen of the Year 2018-19 Val Cooper received her trophy at the town’s Rotary Club.
She was nominated by Ally Hutchison who highlighted how much Val has done for the town. He said she epitomised community spirit, is a committed volunteer and a great supporter of local charities, and assists in the organisation and delivery of community events.
