Victim seized by neck

PIOTR Kicinski, 27, of Nimmo Avenue, Perth, was placed on a community payback order.

Kicinski had previously admitted assaulting his partner at McDonald Street, Dundee, on May 26.

He admitted that he seized hold of Izabella Swiatkowska by the neck, compressed it and pushed her to the ground.

Sheriff Tom Hughes placed him under supervision for 18 months and ordered him to complete 100 hours of unpaid work in the community.
