Mask protester divides opinion

-

MOIRA Brown believes the instruction to wear a face mask is a form of “fascism”.

I would suggest she does some research into the meaning of that word.

I didn’t know whether to laugh or weep reading her views.

There have been more than 41,000 deaths in the UK since the virus first began circulating, and more than 300,000 people have tested positive – including

MOIRA Brown (pictured) deserves the highest praise regarding her campaign against face masks, notwithstanding the Tele’s disgracefully biased reporting on the matter.

There is practically zero threat as proven by the statistics and lack of deaths or even hospital admissions. Please do not attempt to claim that these results are because of

1,273 people in Tayside. Some may not have realised they had the virus if they were asymptomatic and may well have infected others unwittingly.

It’s thanks to the efficiency of our health workers that more deaths have not occurred.

As a child, I lived through the typhoid epidemic in Aberdeen. Those who succumbed to the infection were confined to hospital for weeks. face mask wearing – the results would have been exactly the same regardless.

This virus is now so deadly that anyone testing positive is blissfully unaware they even have it and yet still we have 66 million people walking around like muzzled zombies.

The end for face masks, social distancing and ludicrous overreaction is nigh. Intelligent people can see it’s all completely unnecessary and enough is enough.

NO FEAR HERE

The epidemic had a huge impact on the city but Aberdeen became the most healthconscious city in Scotland as a result.

No one who lived through that epidemic would ever downplay the gravity of a new virus which is proving to be extremely successful at replicating itself, and killing the most vulnerable members of our society. CAROLYN TAYLOR
