Spray-painting poo great idea
WE reported that Hilltown residents have been left bemused by a mystery do-gooder who has taken to the streets to spraypaint dog waste.
VANDALS have been running amok through Broughty Ferry, torching buildings and bins, leaving charred embers in their wake.
“Parents need to step up and take responsibility for their kids.”
“It’s happening everywhere and it will get worse because they know they will get away with it.”
“Not just fires, things going missing from gardens in that area too.”
“They’re bored. We need to bring back a form of national service to teach life skills and how to be a decent citizen.”

“Unfortunately it’s dog owners from all over and all classes. Some you see out who should certainly know better. Just complete and utter laziness. Not nice for anyone standing in it and really not fair on bairns.”
