Citz to get £3.3m boost

GLASGOW’S Citizens Theatre is to receive £3.3m as part of a £100million package.

Creative Scotland said that 119 bodies will benefit in the 2015-2018 period, up from 45 in 2012-2015. They said the increase was in response to the large number of high-quality applications. Those to benefit include the Edinburgh International Festival, the Royal Lyceum Theatre Company in Edinburgh and Glasgow Film Theatre.
