Bike safety plea

WHY doesn’t the council clamp down on the bikers that seem to think they are entitled to cycle on the pavements?

Enough is enough, it has been allowed to go on for too long and nobody seems to care about the safety of the people.

Reading tonight’s Evening Times (August 22), the council are happy to allow more rental bikes to be dotted round the city.
