Police hunt gang after knife attack

AN armed gang are being hunted by police after they knifed a man in a car during a ‘targeted attack’ in Battlefield.

Cops are appealing for witnesses following the incident which took place around 7pm on January 2.

The 37-year-old victim was sat in his car which was parked on Lochleven Road at its junction with Dundrennan Road when the thugs struck.
