Kind cake-maker’s caring recipe

A KIND hearted cakemaker from Glasgow was inspired to “put a smile” on the faces of people going through a difficult time after she was hired to make cakes for a special reason.

Demi’s Cake Pops creates unique cakes in the style of lollipops which can be decorated and personalised to suit any occasion.

Lauren Brownlie from Glasgow chose the baker to create a batch of the stunning sweet treats to give to her mum who had just finished her cancer treatment.

Demi was so touched by the idea that she decided to make the order for free and has offered to repeat the goodwill gesture for others coming to the end of their treatment.
