Star speaks out on ‘bullies’

SAMANTHA Morton says she worked with TV directors who were “bullies and brutal” and had some “close shaves” in Hollywood.

The actress, 41, said that as a young actress she did not feel able to speak out when things felt uncomfortable.

She said: “Some male directors working in TV drama in the 90s were delicate and kind. And some were bullies and brutal.”
