Irish company to expand its novel seafood bars

opened its latest seafood bar in the city of Cork, employing around 24 people - and plans more. At the moment it is set to create at least 120

The expansion is expected to take place over the next 12 to 18 months and will see the opening of at least three more restaurants in Ireland.

Quinlan’s managing director Liam Quinlan said everyone in the business was very excited about the new Cork seafood bar, adding there turned the corner.

The business was establish in 1963 and maintains that its seafood bars are unique in Ireland, sourcing seafood close to home.
