Freya is the world’s first spirit distilled from birch sap. Harvested in northern Europe, the sap is brought to the UK to be produced. A great alternative to white spirits, it has a peach bouquet and green notes on the palate. Fair Açaí is made with açaí berries picked from the Amazon rainforest.
