Then fly to the Pantanal in the country’s far west where you can canoe through the world’s largest tropical wetlands while looking out for elusive jaguars, macaws and caimans or take a horse ride through the foliage. End your trip with a visit to Rio de Janeiro, which lives up to all expectations.
