While most hol­i­day­mak­ers are only just dis­cov­er­ing the joys of Croa­tia’s fas­ci­nat­ing cities and ex­cel­lent cli­mate, Hy­man was there first. She has been vis­it­ing the dar­ling of Dal­ma­tia for nearly 30 years, ex­plor­ing its cities and sam­pling its cui­sine from north to south. This month we sent her to the cap­i­tal, Za­greb, to find the in­dige­nous dishes that are mak­ing waves around the world.
