COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH
40ml Aperol 10ml elderflower liqueur 2 dashes orange bitters 2 dashes rhubarb bitters 100ml prosecco 1 orange slice
This summery serve comes from the excellent bartenders at North London’s Oslo bar. It’s easy to make. Add elderflower liqueur and orange and rhubarb bitters to ice in a large wine glass. pour over the Aperol followed by prosecco, stir once and finish with an orange slice.
