40ml Aperol 10ml el­der­flower liqueur 2 dashes orange bit­ters 2 dashes rhubarb bit­ters 100ml prosecco 1 orange slice

This sum­mery serve comes from the ex­cel­lent bar­tenders at North Lon­don’s Oslo bar. It’s easy to make. Add el­der­flower liqueur and orange and rhubarb bit­ters to ice in a large wine glass. pour over the Aperol fol­lowed by prosecco, stir once and fin­ish with an orange slice.
