This so­phis­ti­cated Lon­don spot em­braces all the re­fine­ment of Ara­bian cul­ture. Head chef Fi­dahmed Agha has fash­ioned an el­e­gant fu­sion of Le­banese and Moroc­can cui­sine. We rec­om­mend spiced duck con­fit en­cased in crisp feuilles de brick pas­try and served with a sweet prune purée, caramelised plums and crunchy pis­ta­chios. The cock­tail menu em­bod­ies the deca­dent vibe, boast­ing a se­lec­tion of cham­pagne-based con­coc­tions blended with exotic fruits. Our stand­out pour is Fin­nish lime vodka shaken with fresh wa­ter­melon juice and served with Mi­dori.
