Why are my mahonia leaves going yellow?

Mahonia eurybracteata ‘Soft Caress’ is not quite as tough as other mahonias. Strong winds will scorch its foliage and wet winter weather may have damaged the roots if the soil became waterlogged.

By now there should be signs of new growth, so feed the plant and keep it moist during a dry spell to nurture it back to good health.
