Is it curtains for my conifers?

AWith the recent dry, hot and windy weather it has been essential to keep newly planted shrubs moist. Your two juniper ‘Blue Arrow’ plants are quite substantial and I’m afraid they are probably dead or past saving. Unfortunately, conifers don’t wilt when their roots are dry so you might not realise that the plants are suffering until weeks later when they turn brown. Try to keep them moist and they may recover but conifers simply aren’t very forgiving when they dry out.
