What causes radish leaf holes?

Q

- JO PETTYFER, BY EMAIL

ARadish seedlings are prone to damage from flea beetles, which make holes in the leaves and can eat away the seedlings. In less severe infestations the radishes might grow through the damage. Early or late sowings are more likely to escape attack.
