-

planting roses in a bed where other roses are established, add Rootgrow to the soil, making sure it’s in contact with the roots, sprinkling it on the previously watered rootball so it sticks. Deadhead roses as the flowers die, cu ing back t to a leaf to promote new growth and prevent die-back. If roses had black spot last year they’ll get it again this year. Black spot is easy to control if you start spraying early with Roseclear Fungus Fighter and keep spraying every two weeks. Don’t stop spraying just because the leaves are clean. Pruning keeps roses vigorous and promotes new growth, which is what carries the flowers.
