Have a greenhouse heater ready to protect tomatoes on cold nights.

Remove faded flowers from Amaryllis but leave the stem to photosynthesise.

Protect direct sowings of carrots with mesh immediately after you have sowed the seed.

Continue to harden off plants, bring them in on cold nights if need be.

Ensure growing medium is moist when feeding.
