Monty: the edible gardener
I think this cake, made by a local lady for the Roos & District Horticultural Society’s 75th annual show, bears a strong resemblance to Monty and his dog Nigel. It was 100 per cent edible, so we did have to eat it at the end of the day. Rachel Coombs, by email
