Deadhead herbs

-

Snip off the heads of your herbs as soon as they start to flower. When a plant flowers, the foliage deteriorates – and it’s the leaves you want with most herbs.

Fast-growing herbs such as coriander and dill are best sown little and often, because they go to flower quickly. Watering regularly will also help to reduce flowering.
