DOUBLE DUTCHESS

-

Fergie’s second solo album probably won’t storm the charts like her first, 2006’s The Dutchess – for a POP-RNB singer, an 11-year gap is simply too long. But fans of the Black Eyed Peas singer will find plenty to enjoy here. Life Goes On feels like a tropical sequel to her 2007 hit Big Girls Don’t Cry, You Already Know is a delicious, house-flavoured Nicki Minaj collaboration, and M.I.L.F.$ ( you say it “MILF Money”) drips with Fergie swagger. “I been working all week,” she sings on the second verse. “Now where the hell is my drink?”

Well, quite.
