Bluecoat Gin pays homage to Philadelphia’s former status as a “workshop of the world” and to the so-called Bluecoats who took up arms against British rule in America ahead of the Revolutionary War. Philadelphia Distilling has put its own “revolutionary” processes on display for visitors on its distillery tours, which also offer the chance to taste the Bluecoat family of gins.
