Nose: Incredibly floral, like a market flower stall in the morning, and there’s a definite citrus note lingering around the edges. I’m intrigued by what’s next.

Palate: Those floral notes are right there, particularly perfumed and reminiscent of Parma Violets, before a little bit of heat enters in the form of cracked pepper.

Finish: This has a kick to it that I wasn’t expecting to last.

Comments: A really enjoyable sip with strong, lingering flavours the perfectly pair with each other.

Nose: Vibrant and enticing aromas: plump, fruity notes accompanied by the elegant fragrance of fresh flower petals.

Palate: To start, flavours of raspberry and blackberry; not too sweet with a little leafiness. The jammy flavours continue on the palate along with vanilla and citrus pine.

Finish: Notes of zesty, freshly cracked coriander seeds add a spiciness to a long, lingering finish.

Comments: A complex gin with lots of layers. Fruity, but still dry, it would make a fine gin and tonic.
