Fundraising Frock Swap, Cocktails and Canapes: On Thursday, June 16, 7.30pm at The Green Room (above Sussed in James Street). Entry £3. This is an evening organized by charity Sustainable Wales. Ladies, the June Frock Swap, offers you an opportunity to reduce, reuse, recycle and refresh wardrobes, have fun, save cash and meet friends.

Organiser Margaret Minhinnick said: “Select items that are no longer worn, don’t fit or are not you, but ones you think others will value.

“Give those clothes or accessories an extended life and swap for others of a similar value.

“Only good-quality items are acceptable. Donations also welcome in advance.”

Usually everyone goes away with something new.

Refreshments will be available – but bring your own bottle – or donate to our fairtrade cocktail and canape bar.

Margaret added that sister project ‘Sussed’ will also be offering a 10% discount on all their new fairly traded clothes or accessories bought by the swappers that night.
