The other Aberkenfig side the Colliers also recorded a 9-3 success as they beat the GWR B.

Gary Hyde levelled things up as he claimed the next leg for the Cabo but Adam Lloyd put the hosts back in front before Mike Cox brought the scores all-square again.

Kris Russell and Ben Smith brought the Bell men home claiming the final two legs for a hard fought 7-5 victory.

The final game to report this week saw the Wicked Lady B beat the BUSC A 11-1 with Mike Doyle hitting two 180s for the Wicked lads but still ended up in the infamous 6-1 club as Steve Jones claimed the war office’s only point in the singles.
