Table Top Sales: At Coytrahen Community Centre on the first Saturday of every month from 8am-12noon.

Future dates are Saturday, June 3 and Saturday, July 1. Tables cost £5 each. There will be light refreshmen­ts, including bacon butties. available on the day.

Cymanfa Canu: The Annual Cymanfa Canu or Singing Festival will take place at Smyrna Baptist Chapel, Pen-yfai on Friday, June 2 at 6.30pm.There will be a selection of popular and well-known English and Welsh hymns.

The service will be followed by refreshmen­ts in the vestry to which all are welcome.

Aberkenfig Allotments: The Aberkenfig Allotment Associatio­n shop is situated in the allotments at Sandfields Road Aberkenfig.

Nazareth Chapel: Nazareth Baptist Chapel Bryncethin offers a Service 4pm each Sunday, this week led by Rev Euros Miles.

Smyrna Penyfai: Sunday School is held every weekend from 10.30am12noon for stories, singing and fun with arts and craft work.

All are very welcome to the service and to join for refreshmen­ts in the vestry afterwards.

A coffee morning is held on Tuesday, from 10am-noon with good company and a raffle is also held in aid of local charities.

Bible study takes place on Thursday evening at 7.15pm and is led in turn by Mrs Marlyn James and Miss Dorithy Evans.
