Send Your News To: Carbrya, Heol-Y-Bardd, Bridgend CF31 4BT 01656 657846 Carbrya@Supanet.Com Oh Deer...No Car And Not A Xmas Donkey In Sight: Local senior citizens joined up with friends for an early Xmas meal together in a Bridgend restaurant last week. They were aware that in the Rhiw Car Park they could park free for two hours. They left the car at 5.30pm and returned at 7.15pm but alas they were locked out and the car was locked in ! Apparently another lady was in the same predicament as the car park closed at 7pm. She phoned the available telephone number to contact the person in charge of the car park who some two hours later arrived from the other side of Cardiff to enable the cars to be rescued.

Perhaps it would be prudent for a Security Car Park Officer to be housed in this area?

A pleasant meal was ruined by a cold, long wait outside the car park ! Christmas Festivities: Saturday, December 9, 11am - 2pm in Adare Street, there will be a White Christmas in Bridgend!
