Rebound Fitness: A great way to exercise, in a fun way. Sessions for adults are held on Tuesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 9.15am, £1.50 per session.

Cwtch Cynffig: For 50 years Kenfig Hill has provided a meeting place for people with disabiliti­es and their carers and the Cwtch Cynffig project continues its good work every Thursday. Activities include arts and crafts, chairbased exercise, health and well-being sessions. Morning sessions from 10am12.30pm and afternoon sessions from 1.30pm4pm. Sessions costs £5, with refreshmen­ts. Lunch is £2.50. Call the Community Centre on 01656 749 754.

Bethel Community Church: An incredibly warm welcome awaits you always at Bethel Community Church, in Pwllygath Street, Kenfig Hill, CF33 6ES. Their regular meetings include:

Sundays – Evening service, 6pm; Tuesdays – Tea & Toast, 10am-12noon, (free to all the community); Fellowship Meeting, 7.30pm.

Thursdays – Ignite Youth, 7pm.
