Nursery opening is a dream come true for three sisters

-

THEY dreamed of running their own nursery for more than a decade.

Now sisters Kirbie, Chelsie and Casey Lewis have opened Time To Shine playgroup in Garth, Maesteg.

Having worked in various schools and nurseries they jumped at the chance to become their own bosses when the opportunity arose last summer.

Kirbie said: “It was a big risk to leave our jobs and put everything into opening the playgroup but the time felt right and we had to go for it.

“We worked extremely hard over the summer get- ting the playgroup ready and registering with CIW. When we received our registration last October it was the best feeling ever, we were elated.

“From the day we opened we have loved every second of it. It doesn’t feel like work when you’re doing something you love, and to be doing it with your sisters and best friends really is living the dream.

“We truly are passionate about providing the best experiences possible for these wonderful children. As mothers ourselves we want to give the children the opportunities, care and attention we expect for our own.

“We want everyday that the spend at Time to Shine to be as incredible as it is for us. Our parent and toddler sessions on Wednesdays have been a great success and our messy play sessions are also very popular.”
