Dog Fouling: Black bags of dog fouling are continually being dumped on the footpath leading from Heol y Bardd upto Broadlands by irresponsible dog owners and this filthy problem seems to exist throughout the surrounding estates.

It is so dangerous for little children who tend to fall down and have been known to pick up frightening diseases.

On the top of Bryntirion Hill residents have reported large bin bags of dog mess being left below the litter bin in the area.

Responsible dog owners deposit their doggie bagfuls in their own bins.

It seems this problem will not diminish.
