Carnegie House: Rememberan­ce Exhibition. Tuesday, November 6 until Sunday, November 11, 10am -4pm every day. As 2018 marks 100 years since the end of the First World War, the exhibition will commemorat­e this significan­t centenary and provide an insight into the stories and sacrifices made by people that lived through the conflict. The exhibition will feature exhibits from local historian Natalie Murphy, Past Lives Museum owner, curator and archivist Cheryl Hart, and Bridgend Local and Family History Centre.

Rememberan­ce Cafe: Saturday, November 10 - 12noon-2pm. Sunday, November 11 - 10am3pm. On the weekend of Rememberan­ce, Fran Hunt will be running a pop-up cafe at Carnegie House to offer companions­hip and a cuppa to those rememberin­g loved ones and participat­ing in the Rememberan­ce events in Bridgend.
