Anniversary Discovery released

LAND Rover is marking 30 years of Discovery production with a limited edition model specifically for the UK.

Only 400 version of the Anniversary Edition Discovery will be available with a price of £59,995.

Based on the Discovery Sd6 SE, the special model features 22-inch wheels, fixed panoramic glass roof, privacy glass, a 380W Meridian sound system and a choice of four metallic paint finishes as standard.

Land Rover says the equipment on the Anniversary model would normally cost £6,820 if added separately.

Since its launch in 1989, the Land Rover Discovery has become synonymous with adventure.

In 2015, the awardwinning Discovery gained a sibling in Discovery Sport which globally, became Land Rover’s best-seller.

Together, the Discovery and the Discovery Sport became a family and have sold 1.7 million vehicles globally.
