Choose and hire the transport.

Order the wedding cake and plan snack and dessert stations for the evening. Shop for wedding rings. Order invitations.

TWO MONTHS TO GO

Send invitations. Trial potential hairstyles and make-up looks.

Shop for gifts for attendants and one another.

ONE MONTH TO GO

Final gown fitting.

Contact all the wedding team to check and adjust any arrangements. Let reception band or DJ know which song is required for first dance and any other music requests.

Pick up wedding rings.

TWO WEEKS BEFORE

Review final RSVP list. Hair-cut appointments for bride and groom.

THE WEEK BEFORE

Hand reception venue final head count, table plan, place cards, favours, and any other table decorations. Collect dresses and formalwear. Confirm transport pickup location and times. Make sure all contacts have an emergency phone number.

ONE DAY TO GO

Meet with wedding party and iron out the details.

Have relaxing dinner and give attendants their gifts.
