were invited to sound check the next day, and she has now invited them to rehearsals in forthcoming shows.

Shereen added: “She was lovely and an engaging woman, and we look forward to meeting her again.”

The Hogmanay Hoollie was a fun night and I ended up boogieing in my seat with Caitlyn singer Vanbeck, actors Eileen McCallum and Atta Yaqub, stylist Taylor Ferguson and others at the bash. We also munched in endless packets of Buchanan’s boilings as well as enjoying a few drinks on the night.

Caitlyn, who was also told she didn’t need advice to make it because she is ‘already there’ by Lulu. She told me she’s hoping for a better 2019 after losing her gran last year. She did a fab rendition of Auld Lang Syne on Hogmanay which you can hear online.

Volcanic treat

SCOTS supermodel Emma Louise Connolly, above, and her famous Chelsea boyfriend Proudlock ended up eating rocks over the new year.

The jammy couple were staying at swish hotel, The Royal Hideaway Corales, with Expedia in Tenerife when they were presented with the interesting dish by management.

They were given a platter of fake volcano rocks and real ones and had to take a chance on what ones they should put in their mouths.

Thankfully Dunblane-born Emma, who has modelled for Maybelline, Nasty Gal and more, managed to bite into the fake volcanic rocks during a Russian roulette style game.

The two lovebirds also managed to take an inflatable reindeer life ring with them to use on the hotel rooftop pool – but it almost blew away. Classy :)
