Personally I’m of the opinion that his behaviour was inappropriate. In Scotland we probably need to look at amendments to the Age of Legal Capacity (Scotland) Act 1991 and the Children (Scotland) Act 1995. At age 16 you are in many circumstances legally considered a responsible adult. You can vote, marry, join the forces and enter into legally binding contracts, just to name a few. I think there are many situations in which a naive 16-year-old could be taken advantage of. Kevin Ross
