School staff are to return to the classrooms from Monday – with all schools in Scotland to reopen from August 11.

The First Minister said the changes were possible because of a sustained and unmistakeable downward rend in cases, hospital admissions and deaths.
The latest daily statistics showed there 48 new cases reported, taking the total to 15,288. There were 1238 in hospital, down by nine.
The number in intensive care fell by one, down to 37.
The First Minister also revealed there had been another 12 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the total to 2316 who had a positive test for coronavirus.
In Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health board area, the total cases stood at 3934. There were 369 in hospital and nine in intensive care. is being
