First look at ambitious £ 8.1m plans to transform derelict Springburn Winter Gardens, October 12

I spent many a happy hour there growing up in Springburn. Over the years it’s been allowed to deteriorate, I hope this project restores it to its former glory for the people of Springburn and beyond to enjoy.

Donald Webster

Used to love going there with my dad in the summer to the concerts they had on – it was great.

Thomas Kerr ( below): With SNP moving restriction goalposts it’s right we’re starting to ask questions

Rishi Sunak has the benefit of being able to spend most of Scottish taxpayers’ money on behalf of Scotland and also to borrow all sorts of money from China and elsewhere in the world to spend on Scotland’s behalf. The SNP cannot do that and as far as I can tell their plan involves putting Scotland in the position to be able to do that too.

You’d think Mr Kerr would know this and yet he continues to write articles asking why a non- independent Scotland isn’t doing what only an independent country can do. Alan Corrigan

Margaret Ferrier: I was hung out to dry after scripted apology

You must be the most despised MP in Scotland, so don’t be looking for the sympathy vote. Your gravy train has come to an end, now resign ya pathetic dummy.

Debs Glassford

Poor you “Margaret Ferrier”. You broke one of the most important rules to limit the spread of a killer virus – a rule ( more than one) that the Scottish and English governments agreed on. So you wrote an apology. Tough, now go, walk out that door... Gareth Bruce
