CELTIC Scott Bain

7 Rooted helplessly to his line for Alfredo Morelos’ equaliser and pulled off a superb reaction stop to deny Ryan Kent shortly afterwards.

Diego Laxalt

Was excellent when bursting forward but final ball was lacking at times.

Kris Ajer

Calm and composed display from the centreback. Coped well under heavy pressure.

Stephen Welsh

Asked to keep it simple and he did just that. Didn’t do much wrong.

Jonjoe Kenny

4 Needlessly gave away a corner and then lost Morelos for Rangers’ goal. Didn’t offer enough going forward. Decent effort on goal near the end.

Scott Brown

6 Shielded the defence well and rarely gave the ball away.

Callum McGregor

7 Went close in the first half when he flashed a volley over the bar. Caused problems when breaking forward.

Ryan Christie

Tidy on the ball but always found himself cutting inside onto his favoured left foot. Could have provided more width to stretch the Rangers defence.

David Turnbull

7 Caused problems with his laser-guided set-piece delivery. Forced a smart stop from Allan McGregor in the second half.

Mohamed Elyounoussi 8

Lovely link-up play with his strike partner throughout. Well-timed run and cushioned header to open the scoring.

Odsonne Edouard 7 Wonderful cross to tee up Elyounoussi in the first half. Always looked a threat and unfortunate not to end up on the scoresheet.

SUBSTITUTES
