Cheltenham Awards Focus on the family and all they give to us
FINALISTS have been announced for our first ever Cheltenham Awards, set up to celebrate the individuals and businesses who make Cheltenham the amazing place that it is.
Encompassing all industries, the Cheltenham Awards have highlighted outstanding people involved in everything from education and community projects to hospitality and tourism.
Headline sponsored by Lilian Faithfull Care, the winners will be announced at a prestigious awards evening on September 10.

Family Business of the Year, sponsored by Willans LLP
Willans LLP, which has been part of the Cheltenham community since 1947, will be presenting the award to the winner on the night.

Wai bases everything it does on its strong values and treat customers like family.
It has a genuine desire to see its members thrive, both in their martial arts skills as well as in confidence, social skills and fitness.
They arrange a number of wellattended external activities designed to bring families together, as well as charity events.
Beards Jewellers
– One of the longest established family-run businesses in Cheltenham, Beards Jewellers has been highly regarded for centuries.
Over the last year it has also launched a new London retail store and revamped its online presence to reach national audiences.
But as part of Cheltenham BID, MD Alex Rose is still committed to maintaining Cheltenham’s retail success for generations to come. Cleevely Motors Ltd – The current owner of Cleevely Motors is the third generation of Cleevely to take the business from strength to strength.
The family has faced the challenges to the automotive industry over the last 50 years head on.
In order to future-proof the business, it is now taking on a second site for MOT testing and an electric and hybrid service centre.
