INDEPENDENT Gloucestershire estate agent Perry Bishop and Chambers is returning to provide a lettings service in the autumn to complement its successful multibranch residential sales offering and specialist land and development service.

This return to lettings and property management will be headed up by company director Gavin Wallace.

Perry Bishop and Chambers’ lettings services will be available across the business’ five Gloucestershire branches – Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud, Tetbury and Nailsworth.

The firm reputation for lettings, ahead of the acquisition of their lettings portfolio by Leaders in 2013, was such that many previous landlords have been regularly inquiring when Perry Bishop would be returning to this area.

“Whether you are an existing landlord or have just invested in your first buy-to-let property, you will benefit from the same superior marketing and award-winning customer service currently enjoyed by people buying and selling with us,” said Mr Wallace.

“Our 20 years’ success in the property industry is directly attributable to the values we stand for – integrity, customer service and hard work.

“These same values will shape our lettings service.

“Landlords and tenants too will enjoy the very best customer care from our friendly and experienced team, supported by the latest innovation in technology for ease of information and transparency.”
