INDEPENDENT Gloucestershire estate agent Perry Bishop and Chambers is returning to provide a lettings service in the autumn to complement its successful multibranch residential sales offering and specialist land and development service.

This return to lettings and property management will be headed up by company director Gavin Wallace.

Perry Bishop and Chambers’ lettings services will be available across the business’ five Gloucestershire branches – Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud, Tetbury and Nailsworth.

The firm reputation for lettings, ahead of the acquisition of their lettings portfolio by Leaders in 2013, was such that many previous landlords have been regularly inquiring when Perry Bishop would be returning to this area.
