Indepdendent housing firm appoints new sales director

» Newland Homes has appointed Marcus evans as its sales and marketing director.

Marcus joins Newland Homes after a 15-year tenure with Crest Nicholson, where he was previously sales and marketing director for the Plc’s regeneration division.

Marcus will have sales and marketing responsibilities for Newland Homes’ 10 live development sites across the south west, with four more due to launch in the coming months and a portfolio of land opportunities in the pipeline.

Next year marks the thirtieth year in operation for Newland Homes.

The independent company, based in Gloucester, has been responsible for over 125 developments across the South west and more than 3,300 homes.

Just last year it completed the sale of 215 homes; 143 on the open market and 72 affordable properties.
